This marinated soya must be fried in oil and can be excess oil drained by placing on tissue paper.
In the meantime, you can saute two three chopped garlic and the entire onion well in a separate frying pan. Add the tomato also and fry for sometime. Except for a small quantity of the fry, put the remaining in mixer and grind into a smooth paste.
Once the remaining onion is fried well, add small pieces of capsicum and sauté for sometime. Some green chillies can also be slit and added at this stage.
After this, add the paste of onion and tomato into it. Fry for sometime.
Now , add the fried soya chunks and mix well and keep cooking. Now you can add some chilli powder, coriander pweder, garam masala ,chat masala, salt , kasuri methi as per taste. Add necessary water to make it gravy.
Once cooked properly, you can remove from flame. Before removing add a small lump of butter for the extra flavor and taste!
For chapathi a thick gravy would be good.
